Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we sell. If you receive a damaged or counterfeit product, we will arrange a full return or replacement within 15 days of delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to return your order if:
- The product you received is physically damaged — broken seal, cracked bottle, leaked packaging or crushed contents.
- The product appears to be counterfeit or fake and does not match the original Mona Organics product.
- You received the wrong product — an item different from what you ordered.
- The product is expired or contaminated upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
The following will not be accepted for return:
- Returns requested after 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Products that have been used, partially consumed or opened — unless damage was found upon first use.
- Returns based on personal preference, change of mind or dislike of scent, texture or results.
- Products without original packaging or missing any component of the kit.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us Within 15 Days

Step 2 — Send Evidence
Share clear photos or a short video showing the damage, fake packaging or wrong item received. This helps us process your return as quickly as possible.
Step 3 — Return Confirmation
Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and confirm whether your return qualifies. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.
Step 4 — Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Refund Method
- COD Orders: Refund transferred via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer within 5 to 7 business days of return verification.
- Online Paid Orders: Refund credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error — wrong item or counterfeit product delivered.
